General Review of Salinity Management

The General Review of Salinity Management established the current understanding of the salinity risk to the shared water resources in the Murray–Darling Basin and assessed the future salinity risk within the context of a changed flow regime anticipated by the implementation of the Basin Plan. The review also assessed the feasible and cost-effective salinity management options to address salinity risks and meet the objectives of both the Basin Salinity Management Strategy and the Basin Plan.
